MSWord is a word processing software and is licensed and owned by Microsoft. Firefox has no license to use or integrate that software into their Browser. Also MSWord is a separate running software so now sure how they will pay Microsoft to use their license in Mozilla software?
Would Libre Open Source Office .doc work as a substitute?
You should contact their support and ask them that question.
