Unable to post an addon review
Hi,
When on this page:

even in safe mode, I don't see a button allowing to post a review.
I am of course logged in. What am I missing?

Never done a review myself however I believe you have to login with Mozilla Account and then click on stars in rate your experience section and write a review comment.
