How to recover all my bookmarks
Good evening,
I contact you cause recently I had a serious problem with my Macbook and I had to erase the central unit in order to reinstall the system. I have another computer, so when I logged in I thought that I would recover all my data, cause I thought it was stored on your servers.
I have been using Firefox for years, so I have saved a lot of valuable information. That is why, I would like to get it back. I writing you hoping that you can help me to restore the Firefox that I have using for years. Is there any solution? Can you help me,please?

Please see the following the article on how to recover your bookmarks: https://mzl.la/3ISGOBc It is very upsetting that Firefox Sync didn't work...I believe this issue has been persisting recently for some time now.

Thank you for your help, Bithiah. Unfortunely, this article doesn't help me. I can't access to the file where the backup is. I accidentally deleted it. I thought everything was stored in Firefox servers, not in my computer. Is there any way to get the bookmarks directly from them? Thanks again for your help.

Was the Time Machine backup also removed or weren't you using this on your Mac ?
Note that Sync isn't designed to be used as a backup, but is merely meant to sync data between connected devices. Best is always to backup your personal data locally.
