Surface Book 2 - FF hangs or crashes
When I navigate to www.pcmag.com on my Surface Book 2. FF will hang or crash. I do not have this problem with other browsers on my laptop. Is this a known bug or do I need to update something.
I am running the latest FF version with default settings, the only add-on is BitWarden.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

It seems that FF doesn't crash because there are no crash reports to submit. Strange? However, the browser will show (Not Responding) and I can't close it unless I go to Task Manager.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Yes the problem is still there. There must be some incompatibility with Surface Book 2 and Firefox?
I called for more help.
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Yes, booted in Safe Mode and still the same problem.
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders

Do Not remove any profile folders.

I went to the Microsoft Store for tech support and we re-installed the OS and newly installed Firefox. We encountered the same problems but saw that at times the CPU would reach 60-80% and memory would be around 4gb with just one tab open (pcmag) and no other applications open.
