Firefox file version 69.0.3.2771 on Windows 8. Unable to use some windows controls or toolbar controls

My browser automatically updated and since the updated to v69 I am unable to minimize or close the browser window. Also unable to click into options or the bookmarks on the toolbar. Pdf downloads also not working. Will be looking to restore to previous version until all these issues are resolved.
