I use clinxvault to contact my doctor but I get this error SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE how do I fix it?

You should ask if they have updated certificate that will download for firefox that works. firefox security uses known verified certificate to compare with site certificate to permit access. If one is out of date or doesn't match it won't allow access to the site.
