if dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled=true: can't copy past on google doc, if false it inserts <!--EndFragment--> tags

if dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled is set to true I can't copy past on google doc. 

if I set it to false it inserts  tags in every single copy past (in the source code).

Any idea how to solve this?
