Firefox appears to load but only as if minimized in task bar. When I click on the minimized button in task bar or the actual minimized screen it does nothing. The only way to actually get it off taskbar is to click on the "x" in upper right corner of minimized screen? Prior to updating everything was working fine. I have even completely uninstalled firefox and re-installed and still have the same problem. I had to resort to using microsoft IE (yuk) to get on the internet. Don't know what actual ver. of firefox installed since can't open a window to look. Just know it said on the update page 48 something.
