System requirements:

   Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, XP

   Internet Explorer 11/10/9/8/7
   or Firefox 42-7

Should work in Firefox 45.0.2.

Response to the duplicate thread you started here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1120457

If the information that I posted above is incorrect, please take that up with WebResearch! I posted information that I found on their website.

I just looked into WebResearch a little further and downloaded their Firefox extension from this page and viewed the contents of that XPI: http://macropool.com/en/download/webresearch/extensions/firefox.html (Version 1.9.12 from March 3, 2015) is not "signed" by Mozilla and won't install into Firefox 46.0. And when reading the install.rdf file, I found this - < em:maxVersion >36.0.*< /em:maxVersion >

I have a hunch that the download link for that extension may be pointing to an older version of that extension, considering they are specifying compatibility with Firefox 42-7 elsewhere.

Please contact WebResearch about your issues with their software and provide a hyperlink to this support thread and one of us can help them if need be.
