I have been having trouble connecting to my facebook page using any browser (Mozilla is my default). In the past when this has happened, a window would come up for me to report an error to Mozilla. I would click report error and the next time I would try to get on Facebook, I could do it. However, the past two days, the circle spins constantly saying "connecting" and sometimes a message at the bottom left will say connected to facebook, although that is not the case, but no window to report the error ever appears. I can get on any other website, EXCEPT those that start with Facebook (including not connecting to mozilla's facebook page.) Once or twice I have actually gotten to the log in page for Facebook, but when I try to log in, the same thing happens... it continues to spin and say connecting, when nothing is happening. Things I have tried: refreshing Mozilla, clearing cache and cookies in history, restarting my computer, restarting our dish net device, How do I report this error when the error window never comes up now? Is there a phone number for mozilla? I tried navigating the support system but it is confusing. The few times this happened before have only been in the past 3 months.
