I can no longer open Firefox by clicking any Firefox shortcut or by clicking the Firefox.exe. The icon in the taskbar shows up for a couple of seconds and then disappear. The Firefox.exe shows up in Task Manager and then disappear. No window shows up.

If I open Firefox from CMD it works. C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox>firefox

I have tried to use the "Refresh" button from here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

I have also made a complete fresh re-install by deleting all the profile folders and anything Firefox related.

None of this had made any difference.

Hello Graex

try to boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) and then see if that allows to start firefox.
