Until a couple of weeka ago thunderbird synched my imap emails int to the inbox of my POP account(Ihave two addresses) now it has stopped any suggestions?
I have a gmail account set up as imap and a talktalk as POP with a box ticked somewher so that all emails appear in the talk talk inbox. This stopped happening about two weeks ago. Now the gmails stay in the gmail inbox

IMAP and POP are totally incompatible and Thunderbird has never been able to integrate mails from the two into a single folder.
So I am guessing you have setting in one of your account to either forward mail received to the other. Or to collect mail from that account. Either way I suggest you explore the settings on the respective web sites as what was occurring was not something Thunderbird managed.
