Several times in recent weeks file download links in a webage have failed to work. The most recent was a ".qct" file (Memory Map format). Clicking the link in the webpage generated a screen full of Hieroglyphics and nothing else. If I right-clicked the link it would download the correct file. The same thing happens in the FIREFOX Android version as well. When I tried the link in the DOLPHIN Android version it downloaded a .txt file - perhaps the screen full of Hieroglyphics? Please note that the link works as expected (correctly) in Internet Explorer and Chrome. I contacted the website owner and he tells me that he has verified the coding on the W3C website and it passes the HTML validity tests. He thinks it is a FIREFOX problem.
