Hello All,

For some reason when I try to save files on Firefox (or chrome for that matter), the normal option to hide extensions is missing as you can see in the attached picture. This makes it a nuisance when I try to quickly rename files because it automatically deletes the extension. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this problem. Thank you!

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

On my Windows computer, hiding the file extension is a system option.
