Can't connect to internet after upgrading Firefox
I upgraded to Firefox 39 earlier and I STILL can't access the internet. I'm submitting this through my phone. NEED HELP QUICK Please. Thank you.

Try to remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

I have the exact same problem.
It seems like the Firefox experts are taking the day off. HELLO PEOPLE, WE'RE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FIREFOX 39!!!! AND WE NEED HELP!!!!! Right now I'm having Norton scan my laptop for viruses.

The problem with this article is that it does not tell me how to configure Norton which is my firewall in my HP laptop in order to allow Mozilla 39 .
