I notice that people have problems even after they have the latest Adobe Flash player, but I can't get any update to Adobe to start in FireFox. Thanks for any help you can give, as I really like electronic greetings

don't use the the firefox update tool to update flash, just go to the adobe site and download and install flash from there

I removed adobe flash entire program and started over: the download stops at the same place. I thought maybe it was just taking a long time to run the install program. but an hour didn't change anything.

Steps: 1)download the adobe flash program into 'downloads' 

            2)do you want to run this program, clicked 'RUN'
            3)do you want to allow this program to make changes to                            this computer? clicked 'YES' .
INSTALLING.

But it doesn't progress with the installation!

Firefox needs to be closed before running the Adobe Flash Player installation procedure, per Adobe rules.
