HTML5 no stereo upmix

When playing youtube videos sound is no longer being upmixed to 5.1 Only front speakers are working,meaning no center+woofer+rear

If i disable HTML5 and force adobe flash sound is upmixed again.But that is not option because its very buggy since youtube is forcing html5 now.

Using win7x64 Asus Xonar DG I have tried both regular 37.2 FF and nightly same issue in both.
