Seems the latest version make PasswordBox problematic ... if so try installing an older version of FF. Worked for me a few times.
I'ce had to do this a few times. Chrome didn't have the problem. BUT I prefer to use Firefox as my browser of choice. I would expect Mozilla is working on the problem. I've found PasswordBox .. excellent to use across a variety of browser platforms.

Contact the support site of that program and talk to them.
I HAVE talked to McAfee who bought Password Box in January ... and so far they haven't given me much help.
RIght now I'm using FF 33.1.1 and it seems to be working fine. 35.0.1 doesn't work for me. .
I haven't tried FF 36 yet. But I will and post if it works with Password Box.
Password Box is a great app for my needs!
