To disable HTML5 player in Firefox do the following:

• type "about:config" in the address bar
• go to the "media.webm.enabled" setting and
• change it to "false" by simply doubleclicking it

Some videos are HTML5 based only, so you need HTML5 only not FLASH

You'll need to install Flash for Firefox. The one for IE won;t work in Firefox.

Type about:addons in URL and Goto Plugins

• Check all the plugins are "Always Active"

Somewhere on the page right click, go to view page info > permissions and make sure that adobe flash content is allowed to play on that domain.

Flash in Protected mode occurs issues too

As for Flash, does it work on Adobe's test page: https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ (it will bounce around and a small box will tell you the version you have).

Finally, I suggest writing with a mixture of upper and lower case letters. Writing in ALL CAPS is considered shouting. If you need larger type, try using the zoom feature. See: Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages.

What do you mean your security? Please provide some more details

The protection i have for virus, ect. after a long conversation on the phone with them refused to allow flash player. The problem will be taken care of on the first of Oct. I am done fighting with them.
