This looks like the question about ZoomText, but I'm not using anything like that. I think I had a similar problem on another system which was solved by changing video acceleration, but I can't find how to do that on this system, an Asus K52N laptop running Window 7 64 bit. I see this on any website with relatively small text; common ones I use are Yahoo mail and Wikipedia. The problem does not seem to occur if I use IE, but I strongly prefer Firefox.

I've tried to contact Asus but their "Email Us" page does not respond when I try to submit info.

I can send a screen capture image showing the problem, but have not found a way to contact you where I can do that.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
