When I click for a new tab, all the shortcuts I have are moved down awkwardly. Can you fix that? That does not seem to be a good choice. Please change. The attached image shows that everything has moved down and I cannot see the names of the shortcuts. Why did you do this? Please fix that. There was absolutely no reason to do that!
thanks ,your support accessibility and to specific action is important
The page for YouTube and new tabs just "spins" and never stops

I run Win10, and Firefox recently updated. I use https://partners.titantv.com/default.aspx as a TV guide for my Hauppauge TV tuner card. When I click on a program I want the PC to record, I click the red dot, which creates a program.tvpi file in my Downloads folder (see image attached). Up until recently, this type of file was associated so that clicking the red dot would automatically put it into the Hauppauge recording queue. However, the latest Firefox upgrade took that association away. So, now I have to double-click the program.tvpi file in the Downloads folder to activate it. Is there a way to re-associate it? I tried right-clicking the red dot, but there's no choice. I didn't see it in the Firefox, Settings, General, Applications feature. Thank you for the help.

what it says on the tin. went data purging with ol reliable WinDirStat and found this absolute behemoth of a file in the profiles directory for firefox. its especially weird considering the entire Firefox directory itself is only 1.5GB with this menace taking 1.3 of it. I cant imagine that bookmarks, search history, passwords, the works takes up any more than about 300mb. so im wondering if im just stuck in the early days of data or if the file really is just that girthy.
My incoming emails don't make a sound. Apparently I also have to enter the notification into my Firefox browser. Can you help please?
I would like a refund of the VPN service. I realized that it is not something that I would be able to put to much use long term.

Hello, I run a movie and drama-related website: https://tvmon.com.co/. Recently, I’ve noticed that Firefox occasionally throws the following error when trying to access the site:
"Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to tvmon.com.co. . The OCSP response contains an invalid signing certificate. Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT"
This issue is very strange because:
I suspect this is related to Firefox’s stricter OCSP validation, but I’m not sure how to debug or resolve it. Since my site streams drama and movie content, this error is frustrating for users who rely on Firefox.
Has anyone else experienced this intermittent OCSP signing certificate error? Is there a known fix or workaround for Firefox-specific validation issues?

I've noticed for awhile that when exiting Firefox (currently 150.0.3) open tabs no longer close. When I re-enter Firefox (new start) I no longer get my home page. I've tried all key combination of exiting as well as the X. I searched this community and WWWeb and found nothing usefull.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Rodney

A few months ago, Firefox was handing off 'search' from the Google search bar (in the middle of the page) to the address bar. In March this was fixed with updated version 148.1 (I believe). When I logged in this morning - Firefox said there was some kind of error and made me reinstall it. My search reverted back to handing off to the address bar - AGAIN! In settings I located, under 'Search' the box that allowed this hand-off and I unchecked it and restarted Firefox and STILL my search is being moved from the Google search bar in the middle of the page to the address bar. I mean, WTH?!?!?!? Why is everything always a problem? Why is nothing working correctly? Why does Firefox make these indiscriminate changes? I cannot work like this. Please, please, please, someone help me.

I have seen many topics about creating your own extension and uploading it to Mozilla for approval but not publishing it so that you can use it yourself only, but none of them tell you what to do after your extension has successfully passed review. I would like to install the extension that I created (and can see in the "My Add-ons" area of mozilla.org), but I have no idea how to do that. Do any of you have any experience with this? This extension was previously only for Chrome but I made some changes to make it Firefox compatible, and I don't want to publish it since it's technically someone else's work. Thanks.

I am trying to disable the text segmentation behavior in latest Firefox(v151), but I have encountered an issue where changing the preference in [about:config] does not seem to have any effect.
Details:
Target Preference: intl.icu4x.segmenter.enabled Current Setting: false
Problem: Even after setting this to false (and restarting the browser), the text segmentation behavior (such as word selection logic) remains unchanged and appears to still be using the ICU4X engine.
Reference: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1440483#answer-1638092
I would like to know:
1. Has this preference been deprecated or hardcoded to true in recent versions of Firefox?
2. Is there any other way to disable the ICU4X-based segmenter or revert to the previous segmentation logic?
3. If this is a known change, is there an alternative preference to adjust how word selection handles specific languages (e.g., Japanese)?
I am using the latest version of Firefox. Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

While I have a Mozilla account, I typically am not signed-in when I use Firefox. I have noticed that when I do sign-in, extensions that I have removed while not signed-in are automatically reinstalled and stay installed when I sign out. Apparently the extensions were installed prior to signing-in sometime in the past; removing the extensions while signed-in seems to remove them for good. As good an idea as this may seem (?), I need this to stop. Any ideas? I am not intentionally backing-up or syncing anything.
