I love pocket. I am very disappointed. It is a great way for me to save articles that I value, and will want as reference or enjoy later on. Why????

I read that to download a saved file from Pocket using Mac OS, I need to select the Export CSV File button, but where do I find this button?

Read the instructions to download my saved Pocket saves but there is no GetPocket ‘download cvs button’. Where is it?

I'm getting error messages "trouble retrieving your saves" - Losing all my saves is a big deal - now that Pocket is shutting down. Can you help?
