I can login to B of A and do everything except reach the make payment page on my PC desktop. I've cleared cache and cookies per B of A instructions but it doesn't help. I can get there on my iPad's Firefox, however. They said to contact you.

In the past 2 months it has happened around 5 to 6 times. I have around 10 Gmail accounts logged in and randomly my accounts get logged out without me doing anything.

Is it normal, is there an explanation behind this?

Hi Guys, I have been experiencing an issue for the past week where I get a blank white screen when trying to log into Outlook using Firefox. I can access my Outlook account without any problems on my iPhone and in the Brave browser, but Firefox just won't work it gives blank screen. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What could be causing it, and how can I fix it to prevent it from happening again?

New browser opens everytime i click on a link.

I have a problem that has started in Firefox whereby a new browser opens up everytime I click on a link. I can end up with 10 Girefox browsers ope at ny one time. How can I stop this please?

Since updating Firefox today and setting my profile as the default (since the update required me to make a backup) I haven't been able to click tabs. I can make new tabs and open link in new tabs, but i cannot click from the main tab that opens when firefox opens to any other tabs, ctrl + 2 also doesn't work. I can't even open settings because it automatically opens it in a new tab.

It looks like they are loading correctly, since i can see the mini popup if I hover over the tab.

I find that I can not run or even access the macro function in google sheets. These functions work fine in all other browsers. The menu items are grayed out and just like the macro buttons, they do nothing when clicked. I find many other talking about this with no resolution. I do find it odd there there is nothing listed about this omission in the Firefox help forums.

I have been using the Bank of America website for many years. I have not made any changes to the settings! With the recent update of Firefox, Bill Payment on the website stopped working and I get:

Since this used to work until the last update, I think that the bug is with Firefox. Also, it works on Edge.

Since several days I have problems in using my mail-account at web.de The website starts and I can log in. But then my mails don't open up like they should. I called web.de and they said I shoud use another browser. And really when I use Microsoft Edge it is much better. I would like to use Firefox on my desktop further on. Could you give me a hint?

As mentioned in the subject, the font style is terrible, forcing me to migrate to another browser as my work is suffering. I tried to find a solution but could not get it.

this is my last try then I will move ahead.

Increasingly, Firefox will not process routine actions, for example like signing in to a website with a password, and I have to use a different browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) to accomplish the task. There are other routine actions causing problems as well, but the bottom line is Firefox is losing its functionality and it is forcing me to use other browsers. I am sure you don't want to lose users in the browser wars, so maybe you will take this particular concern seriously, and actually respond to me so I know you are actually out there and taking complaints about Firefox browser performance with the appropriate concern and action regarding this issue.

Hello, i found interesting difference between windows and linux versions. In Firefox version for Windows os I can make folder in folder at bookmarks, but in Firefox at Linux OS I can't do it. I think it's very helpful. If you can fix it. It would be great.

I am having a problem accessing websites and features with firefox. I have updated everything and am running current version. Specifically, HiBid Auctions and PNC Bill Pay currently. Websites work one dday and not the next. Do I need to change my Default Browser?
