Hello. After updating to Firefox 138.0 (20250421163656), an issue has appeared that causes incorrect transparency behavior in the taskbar. The problem is that Firefox expands to full screen but continues to operate in windowed mode. After enabling full-screen mode (F11), the issue disappears until the next interaction with the browser. Nothing critical, just a bit annoying.

Do I need Firefox 78.0.2 (x64) and Firefox ESR (x64)? Also I noticed I have noticed a very slow startup. I have an old Dell Vostro 460 PC. I also did a Task Manager and noticed five Firefox process. Can I shut some of these down?

Received new version of Firefox (v138). New feature of tab groups does not function for me as advertised in article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab-groups#w_create-a-tab-group. I drag a tab to another tab, and they do not cluster as shown in that article. Any ideas here?

So I change the tabs maxim length (i chose 225) because i hate not seeing the name of the tabs that i have open, now i have 10 tabs on my sight on my monitor, i usually open a LOT of tabs for youtube videos or so on, and have a constant of 40+ tabs open

the issue is when i scroll through the tabs with my mouse wheel, it jumps 10 tabs at once, now i see the arrows on the side of the tabs, my monitor is Ultra Wide so is annoying to keep pressing that Scroll backwards & Forwards button especially when the speed is to slow, while my mouse wheel speed is in 10 tabs TO fast!

Is there a way to change the Speed of the mouse wheel scroll tabs ? something in about:config ? or a Add-on?

I updated Firefox to version 138 yesterday. I use Linux Ubuntu.

Now, this has occurred to me twice. Browser stops reacting to mouse clicks on certain sites(Noble Horse Champion, Flight Rising) after hours of browsing and I have to use right-click to navigate on those sites.... until I restart browser. I tried to close tab and refresh tab when these problems occurred.

I think this is clearly browser problem(because clicked areas are on browser, not tabs), not problem in sites itself, because problem manifested itself after hours of browsing, not immediately.

I have my Firefox browser set to ask me where I would like to save my downloads. However, it never asks me. It just automatically sends everything to my downloads folder then opens the file in a new window. I then have to go into my downloads folder and save it where I want to save it. So I must go through the saving process twice. Given that I download a lot of files for my business, this gets real old real quick. I don't have this problem with Chrome. I would like to stick with Firefox, but I'm going to have to make a change if I can't get this issue fixes.

Tabs of Gmail not working in Firefox Browser even after clearing history, cookies and the issue persist after logging out and re logging in. The issue doesn't happen in other browsers.

i deleted my firefox bookmark backups yesterday, placing them into my recycle bin and then emptying it, today i regretted it and used diskdrill to recover them however, when i try to load them back up firefox says it is unable to process the backup file. is there anything you can do to help me with this problem? i have included some images if that will help at all
