Printing emails includes pages of email routing info.
Need help to stop that. Don't need it on receipts or email notes I want to save as PDF files. Very frustrating no matter what I have tried. Dell XPS 8940 desktop win 11 Pro 32 GB RAM Appreciate any help...scanned files but didn't turn up this issue.

RICK, OK! I figured out which VIEW you meant... Oh boy... it works fine now. Sorry my old head was stuck looking at the wrong spot... It was right where it always was... wonder what made that change to that setting.

If the menu is not visible, press the alt key.
funky logitech ergo k860 keyboard... trying to remember how to get alt key to work. Sigh! Might try my old USB board as less complex. Appreciate your fast response to my problem.
Perhaps I don't understand where the VIEW button/link is on my computer. I don't see a VIEW button or word to click on the hamburger or other obvious location. Getting old here and a bit slower than I used to be on things like this. Sorry to spin your wheels. I do greatly appreciate the help attempt! I'm just not finding any response with or without the ALT - View connection.
