Important files, a backup from time to time can be of service. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data#w_what-information-is-stored-in-my-profile

Got to your profile folder https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data#w_how-do-i-find-my-profile

Stop Firefox.

Then, copy the files of your choice, or, the entire contents of your profile folder, to an external media (for example) a usb key.

Copying the entire content of your profile folder to an external support is also useful, if one day the computer is HS.

Of course, if your usb key, contains other data unrelated to Firefox, so, create on your usb key, a folder, to put your backup of Firefox data.

Like this, if one day, if the need arises, then you have a backup (for example) on an external media, a USB key.
