can't launch Thunderbird

I downloaded Thunderbird and donated (as requested), but when I try to launch it; it asks for a donation. How do I solve this problem?

Donating is optional. You don't have to donate to download Thunderbird.

christ1 is correct, donations are not required to download, use nor block using Thunderbird in any way.
