I registered a Yubico security key on Firefox. It crashed, so I sent it back for a refund. I bought another model, but do not want to use it. Websites continue to ask me the security key password and asks me to touch the security. I only used that key one time before it crashed. I can find no place to turn it off for Mozilla apps. Can you reset my account? How do I get websites that have skimpy security to stop asking for a Yubico security and they tell me Firefox requires it. I canceled one facebook account because they have very little security, but the one I used with the Yubico key one time will not let me login. The FB routines to recover a frozen account don't work. Please help Vance

I agree with what donthavecow posted (above).

You can possibly look at security.webauth prefs on the about:config page.
