Major issues after opening Firefox this morning - an update resulted in ALL my data being deleted. Hundreds of passwords, bookmarks, etc all gone. Infuriating is an understatement. It is impossible to get in touch with a real person at Firefox to troubleshoot this - what on earth am I meant to do to resolve this!?!?!?!

Do you have a folder on your desktop labelled something like "old Firefox data"?
