Firefox icon/logo not displaying in either "Start Menu" or " Taskbar" but instead i'm seeing a "white and blue" box.

- Computer using "MS Win10 Home x64" - Installed Firefox version 82.0.3 (64-bit)

Also noticed the following...

1. When I click on the "Firefox pinned-tile" within the "Start Menu", the program does not open/start.

2. The Firefox desktop shortcut: 2A. still has and is displaying the Firefox icon/logo. 2B. when clicked on will open/start the program.
