I am in proctoru.com and all equipment checked out except for my webcam. It says that it is not enabled.

Hi   !

When you're on that site, click on the 'i' in a circle, on the upper left side of the address bar (next to the padlock). Then click on the little black arrow, and then on ' More Information'. Click on 'Permissions' and scroll down to ' Use the Camera' and check 'Allow'.
