Do you use any content filters, such as ad blockers? Sometimes removing an ad also removes the "X" to close an overlay leaving you blocked from viewing or continuing to an article. When you think that is happening, try making an exception in your ad blocker or other content filter for that site.

If that isn't the problem, do you want to post links to a couple pages that show this behavior so a support volunteer can take a look at them?

Thank you for your quick response. I tried to uncheck block pop-ups and still had same result. However, my husband's laptop has no problem. The link is : www.womanwithin.com and then i select a new tab (outerwear). Then I have the problem.  ?i get the white screen have to stop the connecting, hit back and quickly hit stop. May have to do this 3-4 times before it settles on the outerwear screen and I can look at it. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you try the page in a private window? If you normally log into the site, you'll need to log in again. In private browsing, Firefox will block some of the services the page uses for tracking, which may affect how it displays. You can test with tracking protection active to see what happens, and then test with tracking protection deactivated. More info:

When you mouse over outerwear, a popup menu comes up. Do these links work?

No, that is the first time I get the white page with "connecting" and no connection. Just keeps spinning unless I stop it
