Been to various sites for diag info. I have uninstalled antivirus and tried it, no joy. I have done all the following to each folder - compess, repair, deleted old emails, etc. (I actually have rules that are to do this automatically). I have captured config info, uninstalled and installed fresh. Still have the problem. -- and finally restored so I still have email addresses, etc. etc. This problem has started for me with in the past 2 weeks.

1) ALSO note: I am running W11 home. Mozilla keeps calling this W10. I do not know what the difference is between Home and Pro, but I am planning to upgrade to PRO within 2 months (looking for a reasonable deal on the cost of the upgrade). 2) Wife's computer is W11 Pro, she does not have the problem.

Firefox keeps shutting down and it will open up when I tap on the icon. I have to reload it to make it work, It seems like I have to do this everytime I shut the pc.

about every 15 to 20 minutes I hear a tone from the speaker and then Firefox crashes, on some occasions another msg box briefly appears saying something about Microsoft windows but then it disappears before it can be read fully.

Home Mozilla Thunderbird (Not Responding) is all I see on the screen.

I have rebooted, reinstalled and still cannot get Thunderbird to start. I have not touched the C:/Users/.../AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird data (where I assume the problem is).

Hello, Firefox keeps crashing numerous times everyday, I've just uninstalled it then reinstalled it and within minutes another notification it's crashed, works fine on my pc and been using it for years.

I have just re-started my problem when this system crashes again. For 3 weeks I have sent reports of sites being crashed. The has not been any changes. It happens when on web site and also when using E-mail. HELP!

Firefox for android keeps crashing period open it up and in a few seconds it'll crash and it just keeps doing this period

Also comma when I sync it with my computer, it syncs everything but the bookmarks

Topic: My ignorance! Working side by side with my bank account 1/2 size, and 2 columns of my inbox screen 1/2 size worked great! A job well done! Re-sizing TB screen back to normal size caused a large blank screen, headed "Inbox", with only a couple of blank columns, no folders, no Sent, no Trash, and it is unresponsive. I went out and back in and it is the same. I didn't do anything unusual. This is a fairly routine action. Please can you help?

everytime i use google slides, it lags to the point i can't exit the tab or close it, i either have to force my pc to restart or wait for it for crash. and this only happens on slides, every other site is fine. i thought it could have been me having multiple tabs open but I've tried with only one tab open and slides still crashes firefox. and with multiple tabs, it's only slides causing problems.

My Firefox browser is crashing automatically on my Android device. Whenever I try to open the browser or load a website, it closes suddenly without any error message. I have already updated the app, but the issue is still not solved. Please help me fix this. Thank you.

Firefox frequently and continuously force-closes the entire program on me, multiple times a day. I have tried updating my computer, checking for Firefox updates, and any extension updates that could be affecting this. HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS STOP?
