I need to change the country of origin as Firefox thinks I’m the Netherlands but I’m in UK everything is in Dutch help!

Need to download Firefox for iOs 12 (specifically 12.5.7 on an iPad Air). I saw advice that gave a download page on a Mozilla site but the address given did not work. The iPad is not able to accept a newer iOs. Is there still such a download somewhere?
