I am using Firefox on iPhone (together with DuckDuckGo as my preferred search engine) and I want to configure it in the most secure and reliable way, without running into blocked pages or limited results.

Tracking Protection – which level is best for privacy without breaking websites (Standard vs Strict). 3. DuckDuckGo Setup – how to make it my default search engine in Firefox iOS. 4. SafeSearch – how to set it to the best option (Strict, Moderate, or Off) depending on my preference. 5. General Security – any other recommended settings (cookies, history, etc.) to improve private browsing.

My goals are: • Reliable browsing without “HTTP not allowed” errors. • Strong privacy protection. • Smooth experience without unnecessary restrictions.

I just heard the disheartening news that Mozilla just removed its long-standing promise to never sell peoples’ data…and inserted language giving themselves worldwide license to use the information entered in Firefox. Where can I find these new terms? How did I miss this?

What is the point of using Mozilla now, why bother?

I was hacked first on Facebook, lost my Page Adestyne there and two other pages and the largest Rihanna public Group in the world…Rihanna Gallery. I received a pop up on Firefox, telling me to add a account i never used on Instagram, patrickbiel8…saying if i didnt activate it I'd lose my account, Adestyne, Patrick Biel.After doing so, i could no longer swich from Adestyne, to Rihannasadestyne, Michiganrihannanavy, or Michiganrihannanavy2. Now i cannot even log into those accounts on Instagram, only Adestyne and patrickbiel8.(Patrick Biel). I submitted over 8 requests to Instagram(Meta) about this problem and repeatedly asked them to Remove the account patrickbiel8 or delete it because the instructions from Meta is Not working. I have been hacked and need help from you asap.

Good morning there are three or 4 different devices on my cell phone that is linked to my device that is an android rather it be a computer, I pad or cell phone that is using s e SIM card that hacked into my device on line and stolen my identity. When I go into settings in Firefox for both iOS and on my MacBook Air, I can see some old saved addresses, but I’m not given any options to add, edit, or delete them. I can tap on the address, but nothing happens.

I’m using the latest versions of the operating systems and Firefox is up to date. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that didn’t work either.

I don't know if this is a system wide iOS issue or something specific to Firefox, but I'm not able to disable link preview when long pressing a link. I was able to disable it in Safari which also disabled it in iMessage, but link previews are still showing up in Firefox and Firefox Focus. It's very surprising for a browser focused on privacy and security. I should not have to make a connection to another server in order to see the URL behind a link. Automatically downloading from an unknown URL opens my device up to zero day exploits and privacy violations. Does anyone know how to disable this completely or submit a bug report to Firefox?

My Firefox app on my i phone brings up a message that says, " Your i phone has been hacked and 78 viruses have been found!" It says I have go to a link to get instructions to remove all viruses. I know it is a scam, so I will not go to the link. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Was the option to close privacy tabs removed recently? I would like to be able to save my tabs without losing them again. I only ask because I just like to organize my tabs instead of having all the tabs in one section.
