been having issues with files lately. i can dl a file and open the folder. if i try to open the file from the browser or the folder directly, the browser window will freeze. additional browser windows are still functional. how do i fix this? no files will open even in safe mode.

When opening Firefox, the screen turns white before page opens! There is a version that was updated for this issue however,at that time I did not have this issue! After downloading the newer version, I now have this white light issue! I like to mention, my computer never crashed! I believe (134.0.3), was the update that was a fix for the White Screen problem.
