I had around 3000 tabs open I closed the browser completely today. Normally when I reopen firefox all those tabs were appearing still. This time none of the tabs restored I can see tabs in history part namede 19.01.2026 although not all my tabs are there. When ever I try to reload them from the restore history part; firefox doesnt reply and doesnt take the command.

I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

Recently, Firefox updated and ask me to setup a profile, which I have not yet done since importing my data from google chrome in 2025. After skipping the setup, Firefox then deleted all my data and it has since been irecoverable. I have already checked the box last update that specifically said to not ask me again for setting up my profile. After the recent update, the question popped up again and now I cannot recover my original profile, all my browsing history, all my browser-saved data, and all my cookies and logins
