Hello,

I am having an issue with my Bluetooth headphones (Sennheiser HD 450BT) in Firefox on Windows 11.

The headphones are properly connected to Windows and work correctly with other browsers (Edge, Chrome).

Windows shows the headphones as the default output device (stereo), and test sounds play through them.

However, in Firefox, the audio does not go through the headphones. Instead, it plays very loudly through the laptop speakers.

The problem started today; there were no issues for about a year.

I have tried reconnecting/reinstalling the headphones, but it did not help. Drivers are also up to date.

Could you please advise how to make Firefox correctly use my Bluetooth headphones as the audio output device?

Hi Team , I am using my firefox browser profile logged in with "[edited from public] @tothenew.com" . Today when i open browser and got to know my account has been logged out while trying to sign in again to my profile it required to get authentication code sent on mail id but i had lost that mail id . so could you please help me to gain acces to that profile i have bookmark some important document on this .

While I'm using Firefox, I try to go to a new website and Firefox says that it's installing a new version and I need to stop what I'm doing and restart. When Firefox restarts, it forces me to create a new profile and I've lost everything I had before.

This happens two or three times a day.

When I want to duplicate a tab, can I configure the 'duplicated' tab so it appears exactly next to the tab I'm duplicating instead of at the end of all the open tabs at the far right end of my browser? If I can't would it be too much of a bother to include that as an option we can configure? Maybe it's ridiculous or I'm using the interface wrong but it's super annoying to have to manually grab the duplicated tab and scoot it back next to the tab you duplicated from. Thanks!

Today is 11-12-2025. After the last update a few days ago, many of my websites would not load up on firefox and when try on Edge or Chrome, they would work perfectly. I did a recovery back to 10-31-2025 and everything worked fine. Now I am afraid to do another update until I know what is going on. What would you suggest? Thanks,

2 issues, first it asks me for my password over and over again until I am so angry I could scream! First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! I am not a tech idiot!!! BTW I am an advanced user so if I am having a hard time it's because your software is garbage!!! Seriously I just need my downloads to download...That should be so easy!!! Same as password management...It should not be hard for you of all company's the least you could do for your users are these simple and small things! And if I could take a screenshot easily and download it and show you BELIEVE YOU ME I WOULD BUT I CAN'T FOR THE VERY REASON I AM PISSED OFF ABOUT! JUNK!! GOOGLE!! YOU ARE JUNK!!! And is what I read true, that you have volunteers working on this thread? Of course a multi-bazillion dollar company would be using volunteers to do the work...Who needs money but google right? Nobody I guess!

I've unchecked all three boxes, but the two sub-boxes stay checked and the sponsored stories and links continue to appear even though I unchecked the boxes. See attached image. How do I disable? Why can't I uncheck these boxes? I was actually just trying to disable it for a few, not all of my computers, but, now that it's being forced on me, I'm a bit unhappy with Firefox. I've supported, promoted, and used them for years but now they seem to be following the same path of other prying browsers. :(

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? The "Subject" pretty much describes my specific question. You will see an example in the screenshot I uploaded. When I increase the screen using comm + the type is too large & the video shrinks. ((although, somehow, the screen becomes smaller even though I'm enlarging it). Even with my reading glasses, I can't see 95% of the type.

I've poured through everything (i think) on the website, and I made some changes, but they didn't make a difference (other than getting rid of those miserable recommended videos on the side).

I have another question: Do I have to use a secondary email address: my Dept. of Ed. Outlook address, but I've just retired, and won't have access to it in about six months. I also don't want the DOE all up in my business: emails are legal documents forever & ever.

Lastly, the "Share Data" link says "the internal workings of your browser." What does that mean?

On nearly a daily basis, at some point my Yahoo mail tab indicates a lost internet connection when I have no internet connection issues with any other site... including Yahoo. At first I could simply close the yahoo mail tab and reload it, but now I have to log completely out of my computer to restart it. If I simply try to open mail again, the tab simply continually searches for the site (at this point it has been trying to open the site for about 15 min). In searching for a fix, I found numerous other people have had the same issue (seems to go back as far as 2023, but in only started for me since upgrading to a new laptop). It seems to be only a Mozilla Firefox issue - but since Mozilla is my preferred browser I'd like to see if there is a fix before moving to another browser. Thanks for any guidance anyone can provide.

In doing some trouble shooting they had me clear my cash and I now have to enter the login info for each program where in he past FF entered it automatically.

I can find no way to get FF to do so again.

Hello It is impossible to display the icons of certain applications since I used Firefox. This problem does not exist with Chromium browsers (Chrome Brave...) Thank you for your help

After years of opening Outlook/Hotmail from my bookmarks or by entering the address, suddenly five days ago I can’t. All I get is a blank page with the address in the address bar (image attached). Using the same address, I can open it in MS Edge and Norton Private Browser, which has all of the Firefox bookmarks. I’ve spoken with Norton help, thinking that their program caused this, but they couldn’t solve it. Thank you
