super 8 ihotel portal permanently replaced my homepage

The Super 8 hotel has a portal to their internet called ihotel. When you connect, you get a web image that says you're not connected, and a button to click to activate the internet connection. This website now pops up every time I try to go to www.google.com, even after I've left the hotel.

Where would the command to redirect Firefox be stored, and how do I delete it?

Check the connection settings.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection > Settings

Also check the Home page setting.
