Was using FF 6, just installed FF 7.0.1, LastPass toolbar is checked, no Last Pass Icon on Toolbar. How do I get the LastPass icon back on the toolbar? I need to use it when the website doesn't automatically fill in for me to log in.

I used FF 6, I had an LastPass icon on the FF Navigation Toolbar, which I used when a website login didn't work automatically, like banks etc. I only installed FF7 and the latest LastPass when I saw LastPass was able to work with FF7. However, now the LastPass icon isn't on the FF Navigation Toolbar and I've done everything but stand on my head trying to figure out how to put the icon on the toolbar. I need that icon to be able to access the saved passwords.
