Moving Sync data from Windows laptop to new MacBook Pro, bookmarks have synced but passwords are not being added to the new computer. How can I fix this?

Synced Firefox on old Window laptop (XP). On new laptop (MacBook Pro) added as new device. Bookmarks synced, although in different order than had on old laptop. Passwords do not download to new laptop.
