When opening a secure wen site the password is shown (in * form) compromising security

I went to the web site for Crowell Weedon and to log in it requires ID and password. When I go to the web site the ID and Password are already entered and ig it is only necessary to click log in and you have access to the information. I have tried everything to try and blank out the password area so an entry is required to no avail. I even eliminated Firefox and signed in again but the problem persists.
