The webpage I am trying to login to is a government website that runs on Java, when I tried to login, I get the message:

The page at https://www.singpass-services.gov.sg says:

We are unable to process your request. Please check that Java is installed and enabled.

However, I am very sure that my iMac is installed and enabled with the latest version of Java as I have no problem launching that same page with Safari.

By the way, singpass is our unique login identity that allows us to make transactions on several government websites.

I hope you will be able to help me with this issue. Thank you.
