It seems that Firefox no longer recognizes I've installed a coupon printer program, and it used to work just fine. Did a setting change somewhere? Thanks.

I run Firefox 3.6.8, and use several coupon-printing websites that require a special add-on be installed to print the coupons. A few weeks ago, I caught a nasty virus and had to delete some files. Since then, the coupon printer installers aren't working. They say they're installed, Firefox begs to differ. I'm wondering if a security setting changed somewhere or I lost something. Thank you for any help!!
