youtube videos are taking time to play, sometimes the message shows up i.e. "If playback doesn't begin try restarting your device"

unable to play youtube vidoes and other streaming videos as they are not playing at when we play, they play after sometime like after 10-12 seconds even though the video buffer has loaded far ahead of the playtime, I have checked my internet and my dislpay drivers nothing is wrong with it.
