Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Now in the Reply Box on the forum page, do a right-click in the box and select Paste.

This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.

Hi Fred -- thanks for responding so quickly. I figured out the problem. Firefox and Windows 10 don't seem to "get along" with each other! The task bar below, which I can't seem to hide, also finds the Find feature, which on Firefox is also at the bottom of the page. I was able to see the Find feature when I minimized the page. Kind of ridiculous but it did let me see and use Find at least.
