Is Firefox supported by the Google Maps JavaScript API?

Chosen solution

Java in FF is only used when the site uses it as of now FF doesn't have Java in itself. So is your Google Map a addon or Windows store App?

I Firefox JavaScript is enabled by default. Java is not JavaScript ... confusing, I know.

The poster was referring to https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/

And once again http://kb.mozillazine.org/JavaScript_is_not_Java

if only the JavaScript kept the original name of LiveScript so people would not confuse the Java and JavaScript.
