All my bookmarks were lost after the latest update, in the backup there is nothing... can U plz help me? also all my passwords are gone..

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

hi Hattara, do you see a folder labelled "old firefox data" on your desktop? also: if you enter "about:profiles" into the address bar of the browser, is there more than one profile listed on this page & if so, does your data return if you switch profiles?
