This window keeps popping up on my screen: 

  PwmTower.exe - Application Error
  The exception Breakpoint  A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x000000000114C6A9. Click on OK to terminate the program.
  I click on the OK but it just keeps coming back.
