When I go to "Tools" / "Plug-Ins" and click on "Check To see If Plugins Are Up To Date" it goes to Mozilla Check Your Plugin Page, but fails to show plugins or check plugins. I am using OS X 10.10.2 / Firefox 35.0.1 / February-7-2015

Need info and a fix, please... Thanks! Whitebuck

Tried, re-installing over original, clearing cookies, clearing cache and starting in Safe Mode to no avail. Mozilla has gone of track once again. Situations like this are among the causes for Firefox rapidly losing Browser share. Another ridiculous oversight and there's never any support for when things do go awry. Unfortunately, you can knock and knock on the Door, knowing their Home, but no one ever answers. With a competent cause and cure. No professional concern, none. One can either except their dis-concern and bugs or switch Browsers. Oh well! Thanks for naught Mozilla.

Ironically the "check to see if your plugins are up to date" web site loads the plugins and their update status in Safari and Chromium. But still does not show the plugins or their update status when loaded in Firefox 35.0.1 on OS X 10.10.2.

Ok, Mozilla, Is there not one competent professional Support person on your payroll? Content removed by Admin, please see Forum rules and guidelines

Obviously, I must surmise, after waiting days for a competent reply.

There is none!

Still wondering why, you're losing users?

Once again, instead of support from Mozilla, I receive feigned concern, subjective censor and threats!

Madasan sent you (Whitebuck) the following message:

In regards to your latest post: I understand that nobody has gotten back to you regarding your issue? I can make sure to escalate the thread to our HelpDesk team and get them to reply asap but please please let's try to keep the conversation civil otherwise I won't be able to help.

Many thanks!

Madalina Forum Admin

Madalina, it appears that we have a dissimilar understanding and intent of "asap."
